Oh I know uck, uck but this time of the year is a great time to get some of those chores done that we have put off and yes even with your online marketing. This is great time of year as the weather gets nice out – the activity slows down – this is the best time to prepare for when school starts again. Here are some of the things that I do and thought I would share my Spring Clean Up online chores.
First thing is setting up the filters for my emails – I love having a folder for each mailer and safelist that I am a member of as it makes it convenient when I need to click for credits on that site. This will clean up your main gmail account http://nancyradlinger.com/tag/create-filters-for-gmail/
Now if you got your filters set up, this is also a great time to clean up those folders that you have created – it’s time to clean them out as if you are like me and have so many and don’t get to all them. If the sites has the read onsite – then redo your filter and click the delete button in your filter to have them go to trash right away. You will be amazed how fast your trash will fill up.
Now speaking of emails – when is the last time you went thru your emails in your autoresponder – think you will be surprised how many may need to be redone or is out dated. Remember things change and some of the sites you were using or the methods you recommended might not be available or working anymore.
Last but not least – when is the last time you check your downline builders in the sites that you are a member of. Yes they also change – sites get deleted, new sites added and even sites change names or referral ids can change from usernames to numbers.
Uck, uck, uck – I can hear you as I don’t like doing these things either BUT these are just a few of the things that I know help me stay organized and keep earning – they will help YOU also. Question? When was the last time you checked your sites, banner and text sites to make sure they are showing hmmmmmmm – it’s amazing how many I see that lead to sites not showing – hint, hint, hint
Its not spring for me Nancy, winter is here but like you say things have slowed down a little and it is still a great time to snuggle up and do some online work. Good luck with your cleaning, I know my emails need checking as I’m terrible with my mailer one.

Autoresponder mails get old fast with the way the net changes so it is reasonable
we need to stay on top of them too. Now that is scary.

Thanks Fran and it’s been interesting to see the amounts that are going into the trash – last nite I have over 200,000 and let that one empty while I went to bed so yes it’s been a challenge but sure needed to be done and I can see light at the end of the tunnel yeahhhhhhhh
Hi Nancy, this is an awesome topic. It is a constant battle to keep our email accounts cleaned up. I have lots of folders and that is a chore to keep up with. You are inspiring me to go clean up some folders.
